What did I say? I'll remind you:

Easy then, isn't it. No problem. Yes - great. No - oh, bollocks.
What do I get? A sort of 'thank you, it's good, not our normal sort of thing but we like the idea, so we'll keep hold of it' maybe.

As 'maybe' isn't a 'yes' then it must be a 'no'....maybe.

Puff up the chest, chin out, next one. And the next one after that and keep going until you get the yes. And don't ever put the no or the maybe down to the person doing the noing or the maybeing having a fucking clue because, rather generally speaking, they do not.
